For most home
buddies and moms like me, cooking is a passion. It entails tedious
preparations, careful planning and perfect execution to be able to whip up
something that the family or loved ones can enjoy.
However, with busy schedules
and tons of things to do around the house the usual consideration when cooking
at home is to prepare dishes that are easier to cook that sometimes quality and
taste are compromise.
Good thing that
they are ways to level-up home cooking and it is as easy as adding a unique
savory flavor to any dishes. Turning ordinary dishes into something extra
special is now hassle free with the newest Ajinomoto product called SARSAYA
OYSTER SAUCE. All it takes sometimes is adding one simple ingredient such as
Sarsaya Oyster Sauce to transform ordinary dishes into gourmet home cooked
meals.
In the recent Ajinomoto
Philippines press conference held at the hip Madison 101 Hotel in Aurora Blvd.
Q.C., Ajinomoto finally launches Ajinomoto Sarsaya Oyster Sauce and introduced
Coco Martin as the celebrity endorser for this product.
Ajinomoto Sarsaya
Oyster Sauce is an amazing seasoning that passionate home cook and even newbies
in the kitchen can use to level-up the taste of regular dishes into gourmet food
that is full of flavor.

At the Ajinomoto’s media
launch, Chef Mac Rodrigo of Azalea restaurant in Tagaytay demonstrated how easy
it is to prepare his own version of the humble Filipino favorite dish Ginisang
Kangkong with Tokwa and his own recipe called Thai-style
Stir Fried Chicken using Sarsaya . These dishes turned out to be more
appetizing using the savory Ajinomoto Sarsaya Oyster Sauce which can transform
any usual dish into gourmet food with such a distinct flavor.
Chosen as the
celebrity endorser of Sarsaya, “Probinsyano” himself- Coco Martin graced the
event and shared his love for good home cooked food as he fondly shared his
stories about his Lola’s dishes.
He said during the press conference, that
their usual bonding moments at home are centered around food that are loving
prepared by his grandmother. A graduate of HRM, Coco made his statement “Kakaiba dahil lasang oyster na oyster!”
He just loves how Ajinomoto Sarsaya Oyster Sauce can easily add an authentic
oyster flavor that instantly improves the taste of simple dishes.
At the event, a
Sarsaya cook-off challenge took place and two among the media guests were chosen to
participate. This fun segment featured a very Pinoy favorite home cooked dish
“guinisang kangkong with tokwa”. The participants used Sarsaya to level-up the
taste.
